First Step: Contact by telephone or interview with customers, primarily analyze the content of information to be translated, consult the special requirement, delivery, price and sign contract or agreement if any.

Second Step: The information or documents to be translated should be delivered at the place of the Company as far as possible or by Express-mail.

Third Step: The designated translator shall translate the information or documents in accordance with the requirement and deliver the finished translations to Business Department of the Company.

Fourth Step: The designated reviewer shall examine and review the translations including edition.

Fifth Step: The finished translations and the original media shall be delivered to the customer acceptance in the office of the Company or with express mail. If any question, it should be solved on the day.

Sixth Step: Settlement after acceptance
